Chuck Seligman- Principal

I am proud to serve as the principal and founder of Redding Collegiate Academy. I have worked in education for more than 34 years, and throughout my career, I have remained committed to helping students feel known, supported, and challenged while building strong, trusting partnerships with families.

I founded RCA with the belief that students deserve flexible, personalized learning opportunities that reflect their strengths, needs, interests, and goals. I am passionate about creating educational experiences that prepare students for college, career, and life beyond school.

Outside of education, I am a world traveler and enjoy exploring new places with my wife, Heather. I also enjoy playing golf, spending time with family, and staying active at the gym. My travels and life experiences have deepened my appreciation for different perspectives and strengthened my belief that learning can happen anywhere.

I am grateful to be part of the RCA community and value every opportunity to help students build confidence, develop independence, and discover what is possible for their future.
